Born in San Antonio, I am a fifth generation Texan. My mothers
family home is an historic landmark in Van Zandt , Henderson
county the old site of Edom. My father learned to fly
cropdusters near Poteet when he was 15 years old. He
passed down the gene that causes the love of all things
mechanical. Pop let me take the controls of our Piper Cub
when I was 12 years old. Although I like flying, I would much
rather travel with an earthly connection.
I created this site to share some of the fun cars and
motorcycles that I have enjoyed over the years and found that
it was fun to document some of the experiences riding in
central Texas in hopes that others might benefit from those
good times.
I have ridden motorcycles for the past 50 years in and around Texas and I still enjoy riding the county roads best.
